Prep2Score ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable regional legislation.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and authentication information when you register.
  • Usage data: exam attempts, scores, practice session history, and difficulty preferences.
  • Payment data: processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifier (for fraud prevention and analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and personalise the Prep2Score service.
  • Track your exam progress and save your results.
  • Send transactional emails (payment confirmations, account notices).
  • Improve our question bank and platform through aggregated analytics.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (including our hosting platform, Stripe for payments, and OpenAI for AI features) solely to operate the service. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in Australia, the United States, and the European Union. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all cross-border transfers.

5. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No advertising or tracking cookies are used without your consent.

7. Account Deletion

Users can permanently delete their Prep2Score account and associated data directly within the app.

To delete your account:

  1. 1.Open Prep2Score
  2. 2.Go to Settings
  3. 3.Select "Delete My Account"

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile information, progress history and associated app data.

Certain transactional, billing or legal records may be retained for a limited period where required by law.
