1. Service Description

Prep2Score provides online English exam preparation content for IELTS, PTE, OET, and TOEFL. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any official testing authority.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Pricing Model

Prep2Score offers a subscription-based pricing model where users can purchase access to specific exams they wish to prepare for. Pricing is available per exam on a recurring monthly basis, with discounts for longer commitment periods (e.g., quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans). All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Standard refund policies apply as outlined in Section 5.

4. Free vs. Premium Access

Free users have limited access to practice tests. Premium users enjoy unlimited access to all practice questions, mock tests, and progress tracking features across all available exams. Premium membership provides full access to reading, listening, writing, and speaking practice sections.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or distribute our content.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.
• Do not use automated tools to access the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including questions, passages, study guides, and UI design, is the property of Prep2Score. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

Prep2Score does not guarantee any specific exam score or outcome. Our platform is a study aid only.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
